If you are dissatisfied with items you purchased, please contact Customer Service at (850) 259-8783 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Customer Service will guide you through the appropriate steps to replace the product. If your return is due to defective or damaged merchandise, we will replace the returned goods as soon as possible after examination and decision on the damaged goods claim. If goods are damaged in transit you must file a claim with the freight or ground delivery agency.
ENA or AHA “eManuals/eBooks” purchases are finial once we have emailed the customer a “Key Code”. This is not a maned site 24/7.
